Emerging markets might offer the best value and long-term potential but they can also be volatile and complex,  making asset allocation decisions difficult.  Pictet-Emerging Markets Multi Asset (EMMA) is our new solution that aims to take the stress out of EM for investors.

The first 100 days after a new president moves into the White House tell a lot about what his reign will look like in the coming years. Joe Biden announced his intention to vaccinate 100 million Americans against Covid-19. And almost immediately after taking office, Biden sought to join the Paris climate agreement. On April 20, United States correspondent Michiel Vos and Pictet AM investment strategist Luca Paolini will update you on the policy choices Biden is making and what they mean for the investment world.

During this online event we will discuss, among others, the following issues:
- What can investors read from the first 100 days of President Joe Biden?
- Is Biden burying the hatchet in the trade war with China?
- Is U.S. climate policy about words or actions?

The webinar will take place on Tuesday 20 April at 14:00. If you are unable to attend live, you can still register as this will ensure you receive the webcast replay for you to watch in your own time.

A changing investment landscape: the next five years

Our 8th Secular Outlook, explores the trends we believe will have the greatest impact on financial markets over the next five years. Whatever their vantage point, investors will find there is no escaping the pandemic’s effects. For the most part, the health crisis will reinforce or accelerate trends that were already unfolding in both financial markets and the economy. Even so, it will still change the way countries are governed, businesses are run and people live their lives.
