What is the future for office space post-Covid? Will we ever go back fully to 5 days a week? What will have to change?

More broadly how will the real estate we build in cities need to change to meet the environmental imperatives of the 21st century?

Watch our latest Megatrends Series webcast in which you will hear from Professor Carlo Ratti,

an architect and leading thinker on the future of cities and the built environment in the 21st century.

Professor Ratti's Senseable City Laboratory at MIT has been a pioneer in understanding how technology plays an increasing role in shaping the nature of the city and managing the environmental impact of the built environment.

Alongside Professor Ratti is Zsolt Kohalmi, Global Head of Real Estate at Pictet Alternative Advisors, for what is a thought-provoking discussion.
